Aqua is a modern houseboat concept inspired by the traditional houseboats of Kerala. The hull form draws inspiration from the classic kettuvallam, refined to reduce drag and improve overall efficiency.

The superstructure follows a minimal design approach, similar to traditional boats, featuring large windows that provide panoramic views and a strong connection to the surroundings. Outdoor spaces are provided at both the forward and aft decks for relaxation and social use.

A 300 mm side passage is provided on both sides, allowing crew movement without interfering with guest areas. The interior design blends modern aesthetics with elements inspired by traditional Kerala homes.

Aqua features a spacious lounge area ideal for day cruising, along with a dining space for eight guests. A central passage runs through the length of the boat, leading to the aft. Along this passage are two bedrooms, each with king-size beds, large windows for natural light and views, and attached bathrooms. Between the bedrooms, a staircase provides access to the sun deck.

The passage leads to a spacious and fully equipped galley, designed to comfortably accommodate two crew members. The galley also has external access, allowing easy loading and unloading of supplies without disturbing guests.

The sun deck is a generous open space that can be covered with removable shades, which can be stored when not in use.
